Para solventar lo anterior, la autoridad pone a disposici\u00f3n del empleador una facilidad para inscribir a sus trabajadores en el RFC, esto de acuerdo con la ficha 40\/CFF del Anexo 1-A de la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal (RMF) vigente, para ello se realizar\u00e1 lo siguiente:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #25b7db;\">\u25aa<\/span>Un archivo con extensi\u00f3n TXT, que deber\u00e1 cumplir con ciertas caracter\u00edsticas mencionadas en dicha ficha, desde el nombre del archivo como su contenido.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #25b7db;\">\u25aa<\/span> El archivo, antes mencionado, se deber\u00e1 enviar por medio de \u201cmi portal\u201d, cumpliendo con las caracter\u00edsticas de la ficha 40\/CFF<\/li><\/ul><p>Dicho lo anterior es importante resaltar lo siguiente:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #25b7db;\">\u25aa<\/span> La autoridad emitir\u00e1 resoluci\u00f3n en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 10 d\u00edas.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #25b7db;\">\u25aa<\/span> El empleador podr\u00e1 solicitar la inscripci\u00f3n de trabajadores menores de edad a partir de los 16 a\u00f1os.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #25b7db;\">\u25aa<\/span> El trabajador ser\u00e1 inscrito en el RFC, con el domicilio fiscal vigente del empleador al momento del tr\u00e1mite.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #25b7db;\"><strong>Una vez que el trabajador es dado de alta, es responsabilidad del empleador mantener actualizada la informaci\u00f3n en el portal. <\/strong><\/span>Esto incluye la notificaci\u00f3n de cualquier cambio en la situaci\u00f3n laboral del trabajador, como puede ser su suspensi\u00f3n y\/o reanudaci\u00f3n de actividades, esto de acuerdo con la ficha 75\/CFF del Anexo 1-A de la Resoluci\u00f3n Miscel\u00e1nea Fiscal (RMF) vigente, cumpliendo con los siguientes requisitos:<\/p><ul><li><strong>\u25aa<span style=\"color: #25b7db;\"> En caso de una suspensi\u00f3n: <\/span><\/strong>se deber\u00e1 avisar a la autoridad dentro del mes siguiente a aquel en que se concluya la relaci\u00f3n laboral.<\/li><li><strong>\u25aa <span style=\"color: #25b7db;\">En caso de reanudaci\u00f3n: <\/span><\/strong>se deber\u00e1 avisar a la autoridad dentro del mes siguiente a aquel en que el asalariado preste los servicios al patr\u00f3n y que en el RFC se encuentre en suspensi\u00f3n de actividades.<\/li><li>\u25aaUn archivo con extensi\u00f3n .TXT, que deber\u00e1 cumplir con ciertas caracter\u00edsticas mencionadas en dicha ficha, desde el nombre del archivo como su contenido.<\/li><li>\u25aa El archivo, antes mencionado, se deber\u00e1 enviar por medio de \u201cmi portal\u201d, cumpliendo con las caracter\u00edsticas de la ficha 75\/CFF<\/li><\/ul><p>Es esencial que los empleadores se familiaricen con estos fundamentos para asegurarse de que est\u00e1n cumpliendo con las normativas y evitando sanciones.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Escrito por: Julio Cesar Cruz, Yolanda Fern\u00e1ndez y Michel Aguilar<\/em><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Como patr\u00f3n, una de tus responsabilidades es emitir el recibo de n\u00f3mina de cada trabajador, para ello se necesita lo siguiente: \u25aa NUMERO DE SEGURO SOCIAL (NSS) \u25aa CURP \u25aa SALARIO \u25aa REGISTRO FEDERAL DE CONTRIBUYENTES (RFC) Este \u00faltimo, muchas personas no lo han obtenido lo cual impide la generaci\u00f3n de su correspondiente recibo de [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":888,"featured_media":47489,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":"","om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"_uf_show_specific_survey":0,"_uf_disable_surveys":false,"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[6668,6667,6666,6612],"class_list":["post-47488","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","tag-emprendedores","tag-patron","tag-rfc","tag-trabajadores"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>\u00bfTu trabajador no tiene RFC?
